The following are the fundraising events that have been planned or are in the process of being planned.
- We will be selling roses in bouquets of 8 for Valentines Day
- The Putt Putt is pretty much sorted and will be held on the 17th Feb and will cost around R50.
- The Night racing is also set for the 22nd Feb and will cost about R150
- The Picnic at the Botanical Gardens is set for Sat 26 Feb
- We will be selling raffle tickets at Shopping Centres on Saturdays as this gives us a much bigger base to make money from.
- We will be hosting two Dinner Club evenings
- There will be a Movie night at the Velskoen Drive-Inn
- There will be a Spit Braai
The following events will start being planned in the short term.
- Barnyard
- Camping weekend
- Car Wash
- Res Party
- Club Party
I know that this is a lot of events over the next two months and not all of you can afford to come to all of them. It is important that we go into these things as a group and we all commit as much as possible. This is for the benefit of the entire group so scrape the cash together, beg your parents, beg your uncles and aunties.
